Terms & Conditions for Purchase

Stock Orders


Purchase Orders
:


Written purchase orders or confirmations are requested for all new orders and changes.

Item Numbers:

Please specify the Lockwood item number when ordering pans.

Back Orders:

Items not in inventory will be automatically back ordered unless otherwise advised by purchaser.

Lead-Time:

Subject to stock availability, please allow up to three (3) working days after acceptance of order for the order to ship. Remember to allow sufficient transit time.

Terms:

Net 30 Days for customers with established credit. Canadian Funds unless otherwise specified. Major credit cards are accepted for advance payments.

Minimum Order:

A minimum charge of $15.00 will be added to any order with an invoice value less than $200.00 before freight and taxes.

Returns:

Stock product purchased within the last year may only be returned with a Lockwood Return Authorization Number. Merchandise must be returned unused and in saleable condition. Freight costs must be paid by the customer. Returned merchandise is subject to a minimum 30% restocking charge. No returns on custom products.

Freight:

Prices are F.O.B. Brantford, Ontario. Canadian shipments will be shipped freight collect. Third party billing or Prepaid and Charge is available upon request. Buyer routing will be honoured when requested on purchase order or letterhead.

Damaged Goods:

Loss and/or damage claims against the carrier are the responsibility of the consignee and/or buyer. In either case, the consignee is obligated to inspect each shipment on delivery. Any shortage or damage must be noted on delivery receipt and signed by consignee and the delivering driver. Consignee must notify delivering terminal and request immediate inspection. If damage is concealed, the consignee must notify delivering terminal within 15 days of delivery and request an inspection. Original packaging and contents must be preserved for the inspection. All claims must be filed promptly. Claims for which Lockwood is responsible, such as defective materials, workmanship, or structural defects must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Written authorization must be obtained from Lockwood prior to returning goods.

International Orders:

All international orders are sold FOB Brantford, with freight and taxes (where applicable) extra. Terms are payment in advance for goods and freight (cheque, credit card or wire transfer) unless other terms are established in advance. Wire Transfer information is available upon request.

Sample Request:

Stock item samples will be provided at standard selling prices. Unused samples may be returned to Lockwood at the customer's expense, without being subject to the restocking fee.

Custom Orders


Minimum Order
:


A minimum order requirement of 250 pans or pan sets is applicable.

Tooling:

Custom orders are subject to tooling charges where applicable.

Design Approval:

Customer sign off is required prior to commencement of manufacturing process.

Over/Under Policy:

We reserve the right to furnish +/- 5% of the quantity for order quantities of 500 pans or more, and +/- 10% for orders less than 500 pans.

Lead Times:

Lead times are subject to production workload at time of order.
