Our stock
bakery rack models are offered in Knock-Down and All-Welded styles. All Lockwood
baking racks are built from aluminum, with 1” tube sidebars for increased strength, rounded tops for protection of
bakery rack covers, and unique extruded easy slide shelves, that are engineered to withstand the weight of pans without bending or breaking.

All-Welded
bakery rack models are useful for heavier duty applications such as proofing and baking. They are manufactured of heavy gauge aluminum, and feature either non-marking casters for proofing racks, or high temperature casters for baking racks.
