Lockwood's exclusively designed Cake and Pastry Filler features stainless steel construction, 5 quart capacity, and easy disassembly without tools for thorough cleaning. The cake filler is easy to use and portable. Its low profile construction on a balanced, tilt proof base does not require special mounting. The sturdy piston features smooth plunger action, and is connected to the one-piece metal handle by a split roll pin, allowing for quick and simple adjustment to a variety of filler positions. This design eliminates over or under filling, and ensures easy portion control.

Lockwood's Cake & Doughnut Filler is manufactured of sanitary stainless steel. It features 5-quart capacity, a fully adjustable dispenser unit, and can be fully disassembled for cleaning.
