Bun/Cookie Sheet Pans

Lockwood’s professional sheet pans are a multipurpose product line, ideal for use in any bakery or food service environment. Their flat surface makes them optimal for applications including free form baking of breads and pastries, dough proofing, food preparation, and storage. Lockwood offers sheet pans in varying materials and gauges, 18 gauge, 16 gauge, 14 or 12, with materials of aluminum, aluminized steel, stainless steel, solid, perforated or sanitary wireless. Sizes can include full size sheet, half size sheet and our own stock custom three quarter sheet pan. This allows our customers to select professional sheet pans best suited to their requirements. Lockwood applies a high-quality non stick, silicone resin glaze to pans for a quick and easy release of baked products.
