Baguette, or French bread, pans can be manufactured in a range of mould and pan sizes, to suit the customer’s individual requirements. Baguette pans can be manufactured to work within manual and automated operations. Lockwood sales and engineering staff is available to recommend pan sizes, overall dimensions, and necessary pan features. |
Pan Sizing
Pans are normally manufactured in standard 18” x 26” overall, or European sizes, including 400x600 mm, 600x800 mm, 800x1000 mm, 800x1200 mm, and customer specified overall sizes.
Mould Sizing
Baguette pans can be manufactured with any number of moulds and arrangements, and flat panels.
Materials & Construction
Customers have the option of selecting pans with all-aluminum construction, normally seen in the standard 18” x 26” overall pans. Support frames are welded, and the panels can be welded or riveted into place, depending on the customer’s requirements. Panels are manufactured or perforated or solid aluminum.
European sized trays are normally manufactured with heavy-duty stainless steel welded frames, with aluminum panels riveted or welded into place. Panels are manufactured or perforated or solid aluminum. These pans are designed for ultimate strength for use with automatic lines.
Pan Stacking
Pans can be manufactured with completely smooth bottoms suitable for automatic transport, or in Lockwood’s unique nesting style, which allows pans to nest safely and effectively with one another.

Service
Lockwood specializes in the repair and recoating of customer’s used European style baguette trays. We can reshape and repair the stainless steel frames, replace inserts to match in with the customer’s existing set, and re-coat the pans with one of our select release coatings. This process extends pan life, and offers considerable cost and time savings to the customer.
