Lockwood has the ability to design and manufacture superior quality
roll pans to customer specifications, or based on our extensive pre-
engineered pan designs. Standard types include Hamburger, Hot
Dog, Hoagie, and Submarine Pans. Roll pans are available in
Cluster or Individual arrangements, varying mould sizes, depths,
and overall pan sizes. A range of standard and optional features
is available for all roll pan types. The Lockwood Sales and
Engineering departments are available for help in recommending
the options that are suitable for your requirements.

Bridges Between Cluster Moulds
Aid bun separation.

Heat Circulation and Drainage Holes
Placed on body of pan between moulds, to allow for hot
air circulation and water drainage.

Space Saver Construction
Space Saver Ribs can be added to certain pans to
decrease the overall pan size, and to increase pan
strength.

Emboss Holes In Mould Bottoms
To increase air circulation within the mould, and to
prevent the formation of condensation in mould
bottoms.

Quilted Corrugations
Improve heat circulation, add strength to mould
bottoms, and improve release of rolls from the pan.

Large Corner Radius
Allows improved movement through automated
systems. Reduces the occurrence of jams on proofing
and baking lines.
