service. By having pans cleaned and re coated by Lockwood professionals, pan life is increased and more releases are possible without pan greasing. Lockwood applies LockSil GC, a food contact approved silicone resin glaze to pans, which eliminates or reduces the need for grease. Glazed pans are easy to keep clean and allow baked products to release quickly and easily. |
